Easy Steps to Returning your Order:
Inspect your return: Make sure that all items are un-opened and in the original packaging. All pieces, parts, printed materials, and accessories must be included with the return. Include a copy of your invoice or picking ticket with the return as this expedites the return process. If you do not have a copy of your invoice or picking ticket, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-384-2044.
Review our quick tips to help minimize risk of damage during shipping:
• If possible, use the original packaging.
• Use good packing materials to ensure no damage during shipping.
Remember, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Spa Station is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. If package or contents are received damaged, there will be no refund issued.

The easiest way to ensure a seamless return is to return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order.
• We are happy to work with our customers who may have a product that falls outside of our standard return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and it has been more than 30 days since you purchased the product, please call us to see if you qualify for a return.
• Customers may return their item(s) within 30 days of receipt of their order. Return shipments received with product that has been opened, used and/or out of the original product packaging may not qualify for a refund.
• All pieces, parts, printed materials and accessories must be included with the return.
• Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected by Spa Station staff.
• Small equipment returns must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including any accessories.
• Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria may not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense.
• Customers pay for return shipment charges.
• Returns will be processed and approved refund will be issued within 14 business days of receipt.
Spa Station is an online retailer. Please note that we are unable to process walk-in returns.
